Pull Free Together

Pull Free Together is a project dedicated to supporting individuals living with trichotillomania. Our mission is to amplify patient voices by creating a safe space where people can share their stories, feel heard, and connect with others who understand their experiences.

We strive to raise awareness and provide education about trichotillomania, helping to reduce stigma and empower those affected. By fostering a supportive community, we aim to ensure that no one feels alone in their journey.

Through meaningful resources, shared experiences, and connection, Pull Free Together works to better support individuals in managing trichotillomania and moving toward healing together.

What is Trichotillomania?

Trichotillomania is a condition where a person feels a strong urge to pull out their own hair, often from the scalp, eyebrows, or eyelashes. It can be hard to control, even when the person wants to stop. People may feel tension or stress before pulling and a sense of relief afterward, which makes the behavior repeat. Trichotillomania is a mental health condition, not just a repetitive behavior and should therefore be treated as such. At Pull Free Together, we are dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of Trichotillomania while creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and not alone.
